Our proprietary garden management software and IoT systems are licensed for use with our installed hardware. Reverse engineering or unauthorized modification is prohibited.

Installation Protocols

Maintenance Agreements

Limitation of Liability

Either party may terminate services with 30-day notice. Client retains ownership of installed hardware but loses access to proprietary software systems.
